Veterans’ Wellbeing Management System (VWMS)
The Veterans Wellbeing Management System (VWMS) was developed by the Veterans’ Wellbeing Network Mid North Coast (the Network) in collaboration with ONGC Systems using funding provided by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. The VWMS was developed during 2022 and implemented and operated on the 1st of January 2023.
The VWMS is an adapted CRM system linked with MS Dynamics 365 and SharePoint database to provide a single management system for Veteran and Family wellbeing. It is the only truly wellbeing based and focused Veterans’ management system developed by Advocates, Wellbeing Support Officers and Administrative Team using the AIHW Veteran-centric Model and DVA’s further interpretation of that model, the DVA Wellbeing Model.

The VWMS is linked to an online Triage form which is located on the Network’s website. The Veteran is asked to complete the Triage form and the data entered auto-fills the VWMS Client Record.
The online Triage form also asks the Client questions from the seven domains from the AHI Veteran-centric Model and DVA Wellbeing Model. The results of the Triage form fill the VWMS Client Record.
The Triage allows the Advocate to assess the priority of need of the Veteran and the actions required.
